Hotel reservations for the 2026 DMA 80th Annual Convention are now OPEN!
The block is through the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Minot by IHG, which is located at 300 37th Ave SW, Minot, ND 58701. The room block is "DMA CONVENTION 2026". The block rate is $109 per night for a 1 King Bed Standard or 2 Queen Beds Standard and $119 per night for a 2 Queen Beds Suite. Call 701-837-1200 to make reservations at this hotel.

Below are the meals and prices that will be served at the Minot Moose Lodge 822 during the 2026 DMA 80th Annual Convention.
THURSDAY SUPPER
Ham or Chicken Strips - $19 (Available only with pre-registration.)
Includes choice of Ham Dinner or Chicken Strips Dinner.
FRIDAY LUNCH
Taco Bar - $21 (Available only with pre-registration.)
Includes Taco Bar with Beef, Chicken, and all the toppings!
FRIDAY SUPPER
Burger Bash - $Varies (Purchased on-site at time of meal.)
Includes Lodge Menu of an assortment of Burgers and Appetizers. Make food choice selection and pay at time of meal.
SATURDAY LUNCH
Soup & Sandwich Bar - $17 (Available only with pre-registration.)
Includes Chicken Tortilla, Loaded Baked Potato, and Vegetable Soups. Turkey and Ham Sandwiches. Includes Salad Bar.
SATURDAY SUPPER BANQUET
Salisbury Steak or Teriyaki Chicken - $24 (Available only with pre-registration.)
Includes choice of Salisbury Steak or Teriyaki Chicken. Comes with Tossed Salad, Baby Baked Potatoes, Glazed Carrots, Broccoli or Frog Eye Salad, Dinner Roll, and Cheesecake.
Complimentary Hot Breakfast is served daily at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Minot by IHG for hotel guests.
The Minot Moose Lodge 822 Social Quarters will be open at select times during the Convention.
The Dakotas Council Higher Degrees is sponsoring the cookies for Friday and Saturday afternoon.

Helen P. Taylor
Executive Director of Moosehaven
Helen Taylor serves as Executive Director of Moosehaven, the Moose fraternity’s retirement community in Orange Park, Florida. She was appointed to this position on May 31, 2020. Helen has been employed by Moosehaven since May 8, 1985, and has served in various management positions over the past 39 years. Prior to her appointment as Executive Director, she was the Director of Resident Services for 13 years and Chaplain since 2001. Helen joined the Women of the Moose Lakeshore, Florida Chapter 1495 in September 2002. She is a member of the 75 Division of the Moose 25 Club. Outside of the Moose, she enjoys cooking, boating and camping. Helen married her high school sweetheart Pete in 1976. They reside on the Moosehaven Campus with their two Frenchie’s, Rock and Georgia.

Online registration will only be available through Wednesday, October 14, 2026. After that date, you will be required to register in person on-site at the on-site registration fee rate.
Only one person may register per registration. All persons planning to attend must register.
CONVENTION DMA Moose Charities Fun Night Event
The 2026 Dakota Moose Association 80th Annual Convention entertainment for Friday evening will be a DMA Fun Night Event supporting Moose Charities! This fun night will be a Game Night with fun games such as a Poker-Style Bluffing Game, Perudo, Cards Against Humanity, a Role Play Deception Game, One Nightr Ultimate Werewolf, a Building Game, and Catan. There will be fun games for everyone and great prizes to be won!
